I believe William Li or "Mr. EQ" (as I call him) is a genius with a high IQ & EQ. Visionary is one word I would use to describe him. His view is long term and that aligns with my view of NIO as an IDE (Innovative Driven Enterprise). I believe NIO is a unicorn. We've never seen a company like it before.
