I am a content creator dedicated to helping women escape burnout and reclaim their power. While working in the fast-paced media world, my health began to spiral downward. The 24-hour media cycle, and living in airports during movie and book press tours, I found myself facing an autoimmune disease. In a desperate act to reclaim my health and happiness, I quit everything and took a YES GIRL SUMMER. I spent the summer and rest of the year saying YES to everything that would reignite my power (a little reckless, and a lot empowering haha). That led me to live as a digital nomad in Southeast Asia, learn how to ride a motorcycle, start a successful social media marketing agency (Kona Rise Digital)... and my favorite... inspiring other women how to escape burnout and reclaim their power.
