My name is Noelle and I live in central California. I make custom cakes, cupcakes, cookies, desserts, sugarcraft flowers, treats, breads, muffins etc. I am a microbiologist by day and a self taught amateur sugar crafter on nights and weekends. I have a passion for making edible art. I have been making professional looking treats for about 8 years as a hobby. I always strive to make all my creations out of 100% edible and FDA approved ingredients including edible food colors, paints, luster dusts and glitters. I never make my fondant flowers with non edible wires inside.This channel will showcase some of the tips and tricks I’ve learned.
