Before becoming a REALTOR®, my venture into Real Estate began as a Residential Real Estate Investor. My investment experience ranges from traditional sales to Tax Lien and Tax Deed purchases which gives me an understanding of the Real Estate market from a different perspective than most other agents. I hold a degree in Marketing from San Diego State University, as well as an MBA and a Masters Degree in Information Systems from Boston University. The combination of these degrees comes in handy when its time to market your property; particularly in today's age where marketing is highly reliant on technology and social media. In this channel I bring Real Estate information for home buyers, sellers, and investors. I try to explain Real Estate in the short and simple videos that you can apply right away.
