My name is Shawn Hill, I am a martial arts and fitness enthusiast who loves to train for health and for fun. Along my journey in life I earned a 2nd Dan in the WTF style of Taekwondo and taught the system for over a decade. Now, I share my experience and love for training online so others can benefit from the skills that literally changed my life forever. Everyone has potential within and the only thing holding it back is ourselves. I can't do it. I don't have time. I'll get to it later. Maybe if my circumstances were different.
