My name is Christian Aguilar. I live in CT and attend Wesleyan University. Fitness and Nutrition have been a part of my life ever since i have been 13 years old. I've had great success in achieving the physique of my dreams and its all been a product of many hours of hard work, dedication, and discipline. I started out 110 pounds only being able to bench about 75 lbs and squatting well below 1 plate. Now 6 years later I am 143 pounds around 6 percent body fat and my all time maxes were 305 bench, 385 squat, and 465 dead lift. I love helping those achieve the body of their dreams because it honestly changed my life and helped me through many issues of insecurities and frustration. This channel is to bring you into my life and show you how i have been able to achieve the body of my dreams at such a young age without the use of drugs and a ton of supplements. This channel is to motivate others to pursue their goals and aspirations because with hard work anything is possible.
