Radix Performance is a training facility for athletes and fitness enthusiasts of all ages. We'll be using this youtube channel to show you guys some of our favourite stretches & exercises, as well as videos showing some of the trainers and what goes on at our facility. I'm Daniel Thiessen, the owner and founder of Radix Performance. I have a diploma in Nutrition and Fitness from I.C.S. and I'm certified with the I.S.S.A. as a fitness trainer, as well as a sports conditioning specialist. I'm also a certified functional training specialist under J.C. Santana at IHP. Subscribe to our channel and check back regularly because we'll be putting out new videos every week!
