Tai Chi, Taoist Yoga, Qi Gong and Kung Fu Classes in Leeds, West Yorkshire. Classes in the heart of Leeds at Sea Cloud Hall, home to the Lee Family Arts, UK centre for Taosit practice. We make traditional Taoist training accessible to people in the West without needing to become a monk or live in a temple. You learn through real breath work, meditation, and practical philosophy. We’re part of a lineage that’s been teaching in the UK and Europe since the 1930s and we work closely with leading Taoist practitioners in China, with the blessing of the White Cloud Temple in Beijing.
