Sarah is a Master Teacher, National Trainer and Coach for the Bar Method franchise. She is certified in Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series. She is also an RN OB/GYN specialty. Sarah was a professional dancer and choreographer for many years and traveled worldwide performing in cabaret shows and TV presentations. Sarah recently became certified to teach Trigger Point Pilates. She is an Ambassador and Fitness Presenter for Pure Energy Music. Sarah hopes to share her passion of healthy activity and exercise for well-being with you all.
