I like to introduce you to me and my pup Koby. I (Peter) have been investing in real estate for over 20 years and have been a full time Real Estate Investor for the last 8 years. It's been an amazing ride and feel so blessed to be able to do what I do. I've learned a lot, especially over the last 8 years and thought I share some of my experiences, mistakes and lessons learned. Now the best teacher is not me but my pup. You'll hear from him from time to time...he is cute and has always something to teach us about real estate an even life. Of course, we love to hear your feedback as well and learn from you.
