Let's get healthy! Welcome to my channel! I'm Jenny, a mother, wellness enthusiast, Thermomix consultant and Health coach. Cooking has always been a passion of mine, and creating nourishing homemade meals for my family. I have always been interested in the connection between diet and overall health, but it wasn't until I experienced some personal health issues that I fully understood the impact of nutrition. Through making changes to my diet and lifestyle, I was able to overcome these challenges and have since made it my mission to help others do the same. In addition to my love of cooking and wellness, my faith and church community are an integral part of my life I am a mother to three grown children and they have given me 5 beautiful Grandchildren so far!
