I have breast cancer and other medical issues, but Social Security only approved SSI and denied disability. I actually prefer a job over social security, but who will hire me in the technical fields? Will I be able to have insurance? The cancer is painful, but I am receiving treatments for it. As of July 2024, after a treatment did not work, I was told very bluntly that I'm going to die of cancer. It spread to the outer part of my chest, which is called a fungating tumor. Then my doctor put me on the ENHERTU treatment as of July 25, 2024. My technical career started in 1985 in electronics. My resume is on skybits.com.
