Welcome Aboard The Food Boat! For years I was a workaholic, work not only consumed me, but it also defined me. It is fair to say my life was totally unbalanced and it was evident to everyone but me. I was super aggressive with growing my business and it did not survive 2020. While everything else was being canceled due to COVID-19, I decided I was going to host a concert on a barge in the middle of Charleston Harbor to celebrate the 4th of July. Then for Labor Day, I tested out the concept of a food boat with Coeds serving burgers from bumper boats. Though it may seem I have been rather unfortunate to some. My life has been rather adventurous and the only unfortunate thing is that I have not shared it with you, until now.
