This Youtube food channel is all about sharing Southern-Inspired dishes and the history behind them. Being a native of South Carolina, we have a love of Southern Food. Southern food has many subcategories within it and the two main subcategories that have inspired us the most are Low Country Cuisine and Appalachian Cuisine. Growing up in the South with a love for sweet tea, grits, collard greens, and cat head biscuits. I am a follower of Christ and love volunteering at my church. He is married to the love of his life with 3 beautiful kids. I love football and you can find me pulling for my Carolina Gamecocks on Saturday and Carolina Panthers on Sunday.
