As a Top 25 Rated C-Suite Speaker by Meetings & Conventions Magazine and professor at Oklahoma state, and previously Columbia University,  I bring an evidence-based approach to my audiences.  When I'm not on stage or consulting, I equip educators and athletic departments to teach student-athletes to master personal branding and boost Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) through innovative courseware.  I am the founder of The Brand Squad, a group of top-tier business students at Oklahoma State University who have been certified to assist other student-athletes with their NIL efforts.
