Namaste 🔱 My name is Brian, I’m a RYT 500 Yoga Teacher, instructor to those wishing to become yoga teachers, a breathwork facilitator and a military veteran. I have a passion for teaching, I want to connect with as many people as possible in this life to bring awareness to all the joys this experience can provide us. There is a great quote regarding yoga in the Bhagavad Gita, it says, “Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self.” The more we understand and learn about ourselves, the better we can settle in and enjoy the ride. I am proof that this ancient practice works miracles when implemented daily, after a 10 year military career and over 8 years spent overseas, fighting foreign wars, I am finally at peace, my purpose is to lead those from darkness back into the light. One breath at a time. 🧘🏼‍♂️
