Hi guys my name Is Jaime Gaona Jr, I was born on July 2nd and I wanted to start this channel because I wanted to help people reach their fitness goals, to motivate people, and to give back to something thats given so much to me, When I was young and looked like a walking stick I didn't have anyone to help me or guide me in order to get bigger and stronger, I idolized superheroes like Superman, Spiderman, and Goku!!! I thought if I was big and strong like them, then I could protect and stick up for people who couldn't stand up for themselves. I thank God for the strength he gives me and the many blessings that he has bestowed upon me and my family has been a pillar of support! Thank you viewers for your continued support!
