Hi! We are Jessica & Cody! Jessica is a Dreamer-upper, Mom, Wife, Home Designer, & wannabe Farmer who wishes she could sing like Whitney. Cody is a loud, tech savvy, Tex-Mex aficionado, who can hold his own with a circular saw. We've self-contracted the build of multiple homes, but while constructing our second dream home in 2019, the requests for our floor plan that Jessica designed started flooding in, and Old Barn Company was born! Jessica has a M.S. in Architecture and designed The Century Oak Farmhouse for our own family. Cody grounds us with his outgoing personality & budget-conscious practicality. Not only can we design PERFECT home for you, but we can TEACH you how to be your own general contractor, saving you 20% or more on your build! We share videos of our house, our clients' homes, and how we've been able to help others afford their dream through our Bootstrap Builders program. We also throw in the occasional DIY project for fun! We can turn your dreams into plans!
