Just a weird kid who goes gym and makes videos My name is Josef, I'm 20, have been going to the gym for a fair few years, recently qualified as a PT and have now been on youtube for around 3 years and I absolutely love it. I'm just trying to make some entertaining fitness content doing whatever weird fun stuff I can think of that's at least somewhat related to fitness, not strictly gym based weight training stuff but fitness as a whole.
