Welcome to The Behavior Check-In. My name is Rachel, and I’m a K–12 Behavior Specialist and former special education teacher. I support teachers and parents with practical, trauma-informed behavior strategies that work in real classrooms with real students. I share tools and insights on classroom management, behavior intervention, regulation, IEPs, and teacher wellbeing, with a focus on reducing overwhelm and making behavior feel more manageable.
