LeanTakt is a channel about lean and Takt Planning and the influence it can have on the construction industry. The Takt Production System® is a scheduling system that maps flow through rhythm, continuity, and consistency on a time beat, or Takt, through zones with time on the top and location (the value receiving unit) on the left.
