I am a female fitness model and a fully qualified master personal trainer with a wealth of experience in the industry. I can create personalised fitness and online coaching programmes as well as nutrition plans. My mission is to empower and educate women to look, feel and be their best. My channel is dedicated to helping female fitness models and women who have an interest in carrying out exercises, training and workouts to improve their fitness. My videos also cover nutrition, self help as well as other areas. In addition to www.alexandrawilson.com I am also the creator of the Fitness Model Finishing School and the online show AlexandraTV. Each week, I will share insights, actionable tips, in-depth interviews with industry leaders, inspiration and all with a dash of fun, creativity and glamour.
