Hi, I’m Jená! Founder of The JEM Collective Co., a media, publishing, and education company devoted to helping 6 million Black women prevent and reverse cardiovascular disease and its comorbidities. Based in Houston by way of Memphis, I’m an Exercise Scientist, speaker, creator, and entrepreneur whose work blends storytelling, evidence-based care, and lifestyle practices that help Black women heal holistically. Through my company, I produce digital trainings, transformative coaching, speaking experiences, live events, and restorative content that teaches women how to rest peacefully, work restfully, and live healed. I began creating content in 2013, and I’m so excited for it to have culminated into me developing a major media project premiering March 2026.
