We are Valerie & Kevin, along with Mom - Maureen we are “The Neighbors". You know that odd family next door that you just can't quite figure out. We are fairly new to the New England area and are enjoying doing renovations on our dream home - an 1872 Victorian. It’s been called a Zombie of a house - but we are here to give it some TLC! We love Halloween, ghost hunting, and our multitude of animals and friends. Kevin and Valerie both love woodworking and taking part not only in local events but renaissance faires! Our daughter, Megan or Dr. Megan Coyne DVM lives in Arizona which makes it very hard to catch on video! So being who we are we decided to drag you along with us via YouTube.
