Hey guys! Welcome to the life of a singer/songwriter, Jesus lover, otaku, gamer who enjoys lifting and eating all the macros. I enjoy it so much, I actually decided to document my "macro experiment" on my own body and share it. Two years ago, I documented the stats of my first reverse diet (weekly BF%, weight, macro changes). I've been tracking macros and lean bulking for about two years now... I am now embarking on my first bikini competition prep as I debut the stage at the Flex Lewis Classic 2016 here in Nashville, TN.
