Welcome to my channel! My name is Anara and I love to cook! Cooking is my love language and I just always want everybody to be fed and happy around me. That’s something I inherited from my grandma, she brought me up and we usually spent time in the kitchen making pies, dumplings and baursaks in our small apartment in Almaty, Kazakhstan. She never used any measurements, she just new how much of an ingridient the dough needs for the perfect consistency. We were lucky to live in 3 different continents and 4 countries and I always absorbed the culture through food. Switzerland taught me to strive for excellency in taste and image, London showed how diversity of cultures brought together shape unique culture, Kazakhstan and central asian cuisine is delicious yet not very known around the world, and US taught me to be open minded and share the knowledge I have. And my mission is to bring the taste of Central Asian and Kazakhstan to your kitchens guys!
