My channel seeks to inspire, teach, and relate to others with dietary restrictions or without! I try to eat a balanced diet, with work-arounds for my allergies (eggs & peanuts) and to eat as little refined sugar as possible! I add vegan recipes to my daily diet for several reasons, including health benefits (reduction in cholesterol and sodium), and just a cleaner way of living.
