My name is Shy, I created this channel to share videos on my weight loss journey, lifestyle, organization, home decor, vlogs, and more! Some things you can expect by subscribing to this channel are: Vlogs, what I eat in a day/week videos, workout videos, organization videos, home decor and more! I will also be sharing my journey with PCOS, Hashimoto's, IIH (Idiopathic Intracranial Hypertension); showing an inside of my life/family and just sharing my story with you guys. I was born in New York, but I am currently based in Florida. I am beyond excited to share my life with you guys, and have a place to express myself.
