Hello, I'm Clemmie. I help people Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) and Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), to live their life to the full again. I don’t believe these illnesses have to be a life sentence. I’ve been there, where you are, feeling helpless, exhausted and wondering how you are going to live the rest of your life like this. But it doesn't have to be that way - I can help you find a way forward. I am a Qualified Nutritional Therapist, I have ulcerative colitis and I am totally passionate about helping people with their IBD & IBS, and getting the message out there as to how important the food we eat and the way we live is to our quality of life.
