Matt started teaching at Montmorency Secondary College in the north eastern suburbs of Melbourne in 2011 after spending 18 years in the corporate world in a number of different roles across a very diverse range of industries both in the UK and in Australia. This included: 9 years in the recruitment industry, in managerial roles in both London and Melbourne 4 years managing nightclubs, bars and leisure facilities across the UK 3 years in operational management roles for McDonalds in the north west of England 2 years part qualifying as a Management Accountant whilst working as an accountant for BP in London Matt holds a Graduate Diploma in Teaching (Secondary) from Monash University (2010) and a BA(Hons) Accounting & Finance from Nottingham Trent University (1994).
