If you've never had a mentor. Congratulations. You have one now. I have been volunteering now for 12 years in youth education, nonprofits, and community relationship building. I am what you would call, a "Community Steward". A butler, for the community. I have over 6,000 volunteer hours and specialize in teaching and mentoring students between K-14. This is the advice that I wish someone would had told me when I was younger. Find your passion, reflect, and get control of your life. Focus and try improve yourself by 1% every day. Overtime, you will see immense growth. As your mentor, "It's not my job to tell you what to think. It's my job to get you to think!"
