Hello Everyone! Come along and join me on my journey as I travel around America to regain my health through weight loss, new recipes, and exercising. I have started this channel to have a place to express myself and as a way to keep me more accountable. Hopefully I will meet some like minded subscribers to help me along my journey to seeing my weight loss goals become reality. I am 5'5" tall and my beginning weight was 231 pounds in August 2019.
