Elena is Brooklyn-based trained Chef, TV Host, and Producer. On her YouTube channel she provides tips and tricks to unleash your inner-confidence in the kitchen. After graduating with a theatre degree from Northwestern University, she got her culinary degree at International Culinary Center in SoHo and cooked at Lilia in NYC under Chef Missy Robbins. She is a personality on TODAY Show, Food Network, Cooking Channel, and Amazon. Elena founded THE LINEUP in 2020 as a mission to provide support and exposure to the next generation of great chefs. Elena's passion for spreading accessible and exciting cooking and culinary tips to others shines through in her new series Breakfast with Besser on Food Network Kitchen. She lives her life with one goal: to inspire you to feel confident in the kitchen, and she is here to be your best pal along the way.
