First off I am 37 years old and I am married to an amazing man. We have 3 wonderful kids… a 3 year old daughter, a 4 year old son, and a 14 year old son. They are all on the spectrum, meaning that they are all autistic and wonderful. After I had my daughter 3 years ago, the doctors warned me that I would be a diabetic within 1 year and dead in 5. The first step was gastric sleeve surgery in October 2019, but when all of 2020 hit I stalled and started re-gaining. I was so upset - until I found a wonderful drink that could help put me into ketosis, and hence lazy keto. This has been a game changer for me. With this I am no longer tired, no longer have brain fog, feel energized, and I have lost 6 inches in the last 3 months. All my blood tests have come back better than before and I plan to keep them in a good and healthy zone. I will never go back to before. And I discovered a passion for sharing recipes, tips and tricks with others as well as an entire community in the process.
