Solomon Investment Partners is a residential property investment specialist. As such, we work to our strengths. We don’t get involved with land acquisitions, commercial or industrial developments. We focus exclusively on identifying the best possible investments in the buy-to-let sector. We work with two client groups. On the one hand, we provide information, support and advice to investors. On the other, we help residential developers to find early-stage buyers for new and off-plan schemes. This 'bridge-building' role is vital. Developers know that investors expect something special from us, so they’ll generally be willing to offer extra incentives such as assured tenancy agreements and attractive pre-market prices. As a result, we can create investment opportunities that are available nowhere else.
