Since 1973, Confederation Park 55+ Activity Centre has played a vital role in the lives of ALL adults, 18 years and over. Our mission is to connect adults, aging adults and seniors, enhancing their lives with opportunities to stay active and engaged in recreational and social services programs. Confederation Park 55+ Activity Centre is based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Our centre is a volunteer-driven, non-profit organization working to help adults 18+, aging adults, and seniors, reap the benefits of an active lifestyle. The Centre provides a vibrant and stimulating atmosphere for maintaining and enhancing the mental and physical well-being of all Calgary’s adults, 18 years and over. Members enjoy a variety of dance, music, art, technology and exercise classes taught by some of the top instructors in the city. Member Clubs satisfy many interests and create a lot of laughter and fun. We are pleased to bring you a glimpse of some of the activities and adventures at our Centre.
