Hello and welcome to my youtube channel. My name is Jay Dee and I am 25 years old. Just wanted to say welcome to the JDQUEST! I am huge into fitness and love everything from the nutrition to training. If you look at my posts you will see the variety of training mostly centered around strongman style. I feel it is a fitness area that I have been interested in since i was a young child when i used to watch the mountain of men train on national television.
