Welcome to the LEAP Service YouTube Channel! LEAP stands for "Living Engaged and Actively with Pain." We are a team of Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists in the Brain and Spinal Cord Rehab Program at Toronto Rehab, University Health Network. We are passionate professionals who want to share some of our self-management resources with the world.
