This Channel has been made for people to read the signs of your body and give attention to them. I was this person that saw all the signs of my stroke five years ago and decided to ignoring then for long time, even though my doctor called one month early to tell me that my cholesterol, my blood precision and my diabetes was too high and I had to go back to see him, so I just ignoring until was too late. Also, one factor that kept me a handicap was that the attack was very silent with no pain to alert me. I was taking care of everybody and everything, but not taking care of my health and my own self. My late sister also saw all the signs of her heart problem and decided to prolong her visit to her doctor's office until it was too late. My goal is to help as many people as I can so it's no happen to anyone else because it is not too late to look for some help.
