Tucson, AZ- 11:07 pm, March 26th, 2019... So here I am.. almost fifty.. with over 20 years real estate experience under my belt... recently beginning my real estate career again as a solo agent... When I first published this channel back in 2012, it was simply a way to "give back" and help agents and real estate investors who had a common need to share real estate skills in an ever changing world. Back then, I had a team. I had assistants. I had buyer agents. I had a different viewpoint on what I felt was important to my success as a Realtor, an Investor, and as an Entrepreneur. Now, standing on the precipice of an entirely new era of modern real estate, I intend to take you along the journey. Discovering again with new eyes, the problems that newer agents, as well as experienced ones face.... and sharing the challenges, as well as the solutions along the way.
