About

My goal is to help children embrace challenges and overcome them! I've created this channel to share my ideas and philosophies on coaching youth sports as well as ways to develop game and character skills. I love breaking down athlete movement and development and understanding how to grow an athlete and/or team. I am a High School Health and PE teacher with 14 years coaching experience in high school boys basketball (5 years volunteer assistant, 1 year JV and 8 years Varsity Head Coaching). I'm currently in my 2nd year as a middle school boys basketball coach, as well as U5 and U7 youth soccer coach.
