Welcome to Backcountry Fitness and Homesteader Life! My name is Christina Hooper and I am married to the amazing Joe, and together we have 5 amazing children. We have twin boys, Austin and Ethen(22), Kira(17), Joseph(12), and Julia(9). 10 years ago, we moved from the city to 80 acres in the country with a red barn 🏠 and a hobby farm. We have over 60 hens, 10 Roosters 🐓 , dozens of Guinea fowl 🐦, 25 🐐 , 1 rabbit 🐇 , 1 potbelly pig named Luna 🐖 , 3 dogs 🐕 , 5 cats 🐈 , 2 budgies 🐦 and a very busy schedule. My husband Joe and I are both enthusiastic entrepreneurs. I am a homeschooling and homesteader enthusiast on our busy farm and my husband Joe runs a busy Plumbing and Heating company. We are both passionate about creating a self sustainable lifestyle for our family through a homesteading life and living off our land.
