Ballymaloe House Hotel is a luxurious Irish country house hotel in East Cork. A family-owned, tranquil retreat with a long-standing sustainable farm-to-fork experience, nestled within 300 acres of farmland. Over the years, evolved into a luxury country house hotel by maintaining the charm and character of the original house, combined with contemporary comforts, a genuine respite from urban life. The house includes 33 luxury bedrooms and 7 dining rooms including the original Yeats Room. Menus are created with farm-to-fork principles, using seasonal produce from the garden, farm, and local producers 5-course culinary delight.
