Welcome to Ben in 10 Workouts where I post once a week to help you gain fitness, flexibility and strength. You don't need a gym membership to have a healthy body and mind. You don't have to use weights to tone up. My workouts draw on a combination of Yoga, Pilates, Strength & Conditioning and they can be done in short 10 minute bursts.
