Formerly Located in the Winter Garden/ Windermere Orlando area, a private training facility focused toward helping individuals and groups in making healthy lifestyle changes by reaching and maintaining fitness goals and teaching how to make proper nutritional choices. We provide a comfortable no pressure environment to help you get to where you want to be and with positive results and a healthy mindset. It is Winter Garden's #1 Fitness Facility and it was voted one of Southwest Orlando's Best New Business 2013. We provided private trainers for individual and group training sessions which includes; Small Crew Training, Power Training Sessions in addition to Sports, Speed and Agility Training. Our facility features an indoor football field, plate loaded machines, free weights, selectorized machines, ballet bar, outdoor training space among other state of the art fitness equipment. We specialize in both women and men's fitness, weight loss, nutrition, kids and young adults.
