Hi and welcome to my channel. As a practicing psychotherapist my main aim on this channel is to share my expertise and help anyone who is struggling with any kind of emotional challenge through my storytelling. All my stories are originals and it is only my voice you will hear.. Getting good quality sleep is so important for adults and kids and many of my videos include embedded suggestions for sleep for this reason.
