I’m working in the Food and Beverage industry for the past 17 years, with vast experience in fine dining, casual dining, and corporate catering. I am passionate about the entire food process: from the beginning to the end - well-known as Farm to Fork. Years of experience combined with my love of organisation, timing, and costing blend into a perfect puzzle. For me cooking is not just the quality of the ingredients but the quality of the ideas. I look at the world from a critical point of view not a nostalgic one. It is about showing/feeding people with emotions, bringing ideas and traditions from the past and into the future.
