Hi, friend! Welcome to my Channel. I'm transitioning this page from primarily Fitness and Football to represent my life in the present - think lots of interior design and home decor inspiration, clean beauty and affordable fashion finds. I am a Mom to a 22 year old son who recently moved away from home to join the US Navy! My husband I are so proud! I've been married to my best friend for 20+ years! I recently retired from my career as a Personal Trainer after 19 years working at a large health club East of Seattle. I'm also a retired athlete, having competed for 8 years with the Seattle Mist; winning 4x National Championships in the process and even Assistant Coaching for one season. We recently moved across the country and built a brand new home in NW Atlanta and I've been busy furnishing, decorating and landscaping to make it our own.
