Hi! My name is Monica. I live in Singapore and my sisters who share the same passion as me live in Penang, Malaysia. During the pandemic, we used to tell each other how to cook certain dishes, through WhatsApp. When we progressed to sharing more complex recipes, I decided to film the steps instead. This was how my channel "Monica's Singapore Kitchen" was born. I cook all types of food from any country that my family loves. I have tried to simplify the steps to suit busy people trying to cook good food for their families. I also try to come up with healthy and easy spin on traditional dishes.
