Welcome to my channel friends. My name is Greg and this is My Weight Loss Life. On January 22nd, 2023 I decided to change my life. Eating mostly Keto/LowCarb foods with doing some occasional fasting and focusing on the Carnivore Lifestyle for some of my journey. I have lost 100lbs. in 8 months. I have lost this weight on just diet alone. No Drugs, No Surgeries and with very Little Exercise. I will share my weight loss life with you and success stories. I hope to bring on guests that share their story with us. My goal is to help and inspire others to make healthy changes in their life.
